What to bring & how to prepare
Email your guest list the day before the party. Include all children ages 2 and older. Tables are reserved according to the number of paid guests.
Bring a tablecloth, candles, cake, and plates and plastic utensils for cake. Doors open 10 minutes before the session for setup. All food and cake must be served no later than 4 PM.
Balloons and tablecloths are welcome. No ice cream cakes, glow products, silly string, confetti, candy tables, items attached to walls, or freestanding items. No outside food or drinks except cake.

Reservations, changes & waivers
All birthday party reservations require a non-refundable deposit based on a minimum of 10 people. Book by phone or email; an inquiry does not reserve your date.
You may change your party date once with 72 hours’ notice, or as needed due to inclement weather. Reschedule within 90 days of the original date or the deposit is forfeited.
Everyone entering must have a signed waiver, whether skating or not. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18. Contact us for guidance before your visit.

Schools, sports teams, scouts, churches and nonprofits: turn a night of skating into a fundraiser. Choose an available date and admission price, and share admission proceeds with the rink. Minimums apply.

Get directionsAdmission & payments
Admission is required for everyone, skating or not. The birthday package includes the stated Mom & Dad skate-free benefit.
Card payments require a $25 minimum and carry a 3% fee, including public sessions. Wednesday’s special is cash only.
Waivers for everyone
Everyone entering must have a signed waiver. A parent or guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18. Please contact the rink with questions about completing the waiver.
Bringing your own skates
All skates are checked upon entry. Skates must have toe stops or plugs, and axles must not extend beyond the wheels. Skates that do not meet the requirements cannot be used. Contact us with questions about your equipment.
Friday & Saturday night rules
Guests age 18 and younger must wear skates at all times during Friday and Saturday night sessions. No exceptions. Guests not wearing skates will be asked to leave without warning.
Respect the rink. Respect each other.
We have zero tolerance for fighting, bullying, inappropriate behavior or language. Management may require guests to leave, ban return visits, contact parents or call police. Please report concerns to staff.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a patron to leave. Skating and entry are at your own risk.
